Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel orders at our discretion. In such cases, a full refund will be issued promptly.
Chargeback, Payment Disputes, and Fraud:
All payments made on qontowear.in are processed securely through RBI-authorized payment aggregator gateways. By placing an order, you explicitly agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks or dispute legitimate transactions with your card-issuing bank.
In the event of a sizing mismatch, color variation, or delivery delay, the customer must first contact our support team at contact@qontowear.in to initiate a resolution under our active Refund & Cancellation Policy. If a customer files an unauthorized chargeback or banking dispute for a successfully delivered package (as verified by our logistics partner's tracking data), we reserve the right to submit proof of delivery, IP logs, and order history to the bank. Furthermore, we reserve the right to permanently blacklist the user profile and recover any administrative fees or financial penalties imposed on us by the gateway from the disputing party.
